Be Burro Brave, Macho Man.
A Gentle Giant. A Fierce Competitor. One Tough Fight.
Around the ranch, Macho Man is our gentle giant — quiet, soulful, and the heart of our herd. But put him on a pack burro race course, and he transforms into a fierce competitor. Winner of the 2026 Buena Vista short course race and a contender wherever he runs, Macho is a winner in every sense.
Now he's facing his toughest challenge yet.
Macho Man is battling a severe case of colic, a potentially life-threatening condition, and is receiving treatment at Littleton Equine Medical Center ICU His treatment involves extensive veterinary care and significant medical expenses. We're doing everything we can to help him recover.
He's always been the heart of our herd. Now he needs ours.
