At Beso de Burro Ranch, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. As our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand suppliers, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. Provide a detailed description and clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund for these items.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind)
  • Incorrect size or color selection

We recommend reviewing our sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, we will contact you to confirm the address. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

Lost Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please notify us within 30 days after the expected delivery date. We will investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
